Wow, just wow! Smiling faces from the minute I walked in the door. I filled out my paperwork and Dr.Tew took me right in. He kept me relaxed through the exam which I was pretty anxious about. He did see something on the optical exam of one eye so I will be going back for another test but he was up front and direct about the findings which I appreciated. I’ve been to Dr Tew the past two years and the experience has been nothing but goodness! He is thorough and explains everything in a manner that is easily understood; all his staff have been professional, polite and helpful. I would highly recommend him. I also love the way he has added positive quotes from super heroes on the wall. I would love it even more if I were a child.
Dr. Tew was a great with both of my kids; almost 3 and 9. He worked great with them and could adjust his methods to their ages and needs without any issue. With how friendly all of the staff were and the patience they showed my kids; I’m scheduling my appointment to go see them as well.
What an amazing place! This was my first time and it was so enjoyable. It doesn’t even feel like you’re at a drs office. Every person there is so friendly and treats you like family. Dr tew is smart and kind and has just an electric smile that lights up a room. And you can tell that he treats his employees very well because they’re all so happy, even when they’re busy. The experience was pleasant and comfortable from start to finish. The exam was extremely professional and such an easy process. Lacey was not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, she was an expert at helping us find the right glasses for our face shapes and needs. She also spent time with us and made the entire experience fun. By the time we left, we were extremely happy with our frames and felt like old friends.
