Had a great experience in my new patient appointment today. I was able to successfully request an appointment online via their website, received my confirmation via text, and was greeted by an educated staff when I arrived. They navigated new patient setup well, even when I (accidentally) provided an outdated vision coverage card, they were knowledgeable of the UHC providers and that our vision insurance provider had simply changed. We had our first visit at this office today. Dr. Tew was awesome and very professional. We were seen right on time and all the office staff were overly kind and compassionate. One of the assistants, Lacey, went truly above and beyond to keep my 5 year old son (who was the patient) engaged and entertained during the visit. It was a great experience!! Thank you, Dr. Tew and staff!
I’ve had consistently great experiences with 2eyes, both for myself and my daughter. She’s been seen here in the past (2022 and 2023), and the staff was always incredibly kind, patient, and great with kids—she actually looked forward to her appointments! Been here twice, i really like dr tew and all the women at the front desk. I have social/communication difficulties and have felt comfortable both times i went. one of the girls up front with real pretty sparkly eyeshadow helped me pick a pair of glasses which was really helpful considering i couldn’t see what i was putting on lol
Love, love, love. Today 9/5/25 was the first time we visited the office, and we felt so welcomed. They took their time (in a good way) no rushing out the door, or leaving us without questions answered. This is our new eye care home.
