I have been given the "run-around" by both 2Checkout and ***** ***** ********** ****** *******) for going on about 3 months now. No one has taken the time to actually make sure that I receive my refund. 2Checkout let's me know they've received my complaint and forward it own to ***** ***** only for them not to do anything.
