you are a bad company , wasted alot of orders 1 - no master card acceptance 2- customers pay and you even dont tell them "that master cards are not accepted" so they go away 3 - customers do not recieve the page for 3ds verification and the orders never go through 4- high fees ( 7% ) for every sale for what?Not Recommended

Had no idea who they were or what they sell BUT they were charging me $19.95 a month,. When I noticed the charge I "cancelled" the automatic renewal and requested a refund for the 15 months I had not noticed this. All they would do (they said) was cancel the last charge.

2Checkout fronts bogus companies. "Company" web site is set up, purchase is made through 2Checkout, and then the company disappears sending no product and without a trace. Don't buy from companies that require payment through 2Checkout.

These ******** billed my cc for $225. I have never ordered anything from the service they billed me under (some software graphics company). Called their “customer service” and after a perpetual hold cycle of 30 minutes I gave up and filled a FRAUD dispute with my bank. Horrible, horrible business practices and if you google their phone number you will see they seem to fraudulently bill quite a few other people! How do these clowns stay in business? During the Coronavirus Pandemic, 2Checkout was non-responsive to customer service questions, Senior WARNING WARNING WARNING Sales manager James A**** said he would call me back but never bothered, had my website shut down, have thousands of dollars withheld and it is still not resolved. Their information doesn’t make sense, feels like an American shell company for a Romanian apartment based business. Choose another website hosted, if you are like me based in USVI, and 2CHeckout is the only option.

I purchased something for a merchant. This company processed the payment for this merchant. The merchant has failed to deliver the product and I requested a refund. The merchant did not respond to any of my attempts. When I asked 2Checkout for a refund, they said only the merchant can release the refund. This is flawed as the merchant is not responding at all. I ordered a product from themingo and 2checkout took $97 out of my account and I never received the product been trying to contact customer service only email provided and told I can’t get a refund for something I never received. 2checkout said I have to deal with other company but they will not give contact info on company and no phone number but 2checkout was the ones who took money out of my account.
