Small business owners: I strongly recommend NOT working with 2Checkout. Our experience has been a complete nightmare, with 2Checkout withhold over $20,0000 for MONTHS. We are still waiting for the return of this account balance, even after closing our account more than 3 months ago. We closed our account because of this company´s extremely slow and unhelpful responses, lack of familiarity with their own policies, and general extreme lack of professionalism. 2checkout did not honor system mechanic discount purchase code AFTER the ****** debit was processed. I disputed with ****** (sent copy of discount offer) and they still charged me regular full price. *****l sided with 2checkout in this dispute, so I will never use any software 2checkout has anything to do with, including letting many **** products expire and moving on to a reputable firm. BEWARE OF 2CHECKOUT and **** PRODUCTS

These guys are absolutely disgusting. If you'll get lucky to get accepted (if they will not decline you, sending to their list of unacceptable business and you surprisingly not seeing yours listed there). Support is absent, they never read or reply emails. Rolling balance is rude and payouts are slow. Then after a while they shut you down and using for free your held funds for current period + rolling balance interest free. Merchant portal is poorly built, could hire better developers. On Nov. 16, 2018 we purchased a drawing software program online. The program required access to our computer so we immediately sent emails to both 2Checkout.com Inc and the software company's only email which was their support department. I contacted my credit card company about this transaction and was told I needed to wait until it posted in two days. I found the phone number for 2Checkout and contacted them by phone. They took my $856 hostage. A very similar situation as with **********' review below. They want to contact MY customers and verify customer experience with MY products. They want to harass MY customers assuming that these customers are THEIRS? What is wrong with the financial system? Where does this atrocious business practice come from? I hope there will be no stars given to these people and now I have to choose 1 star. They do not deserve even that.

I installed this moronic payment gateway to be able to offer to my clients different choices. I had ****** installed, where i am a registered business and have been using it for more than 5 years with 6 figures accumulated turnover. My payment gateway has been down for 3 days. Tech support is awful. There is no support phone number where they pick up. Just goes to voicemail after making you wait 5-10 minutes and this is during business hours. The live chat does nothing but "Escalate" my ticket after 24 hours. Yesterday, they said they would call. They did not. Close to 24 hours later and nothing. Just a reply to my ticket that it has been escalated. This is costing me business and recurring payments. HUGE mistake signing up with this company. Very poor customer service for merchants. They have a risk dept but no phone number to call. Why is this important? Because this dept will suspend your account for no legitimate reason. In my case? A customer told me they had an issue running the card. So I tested a $9 charge with my credit card. This resulted in a suspension at 1 am. They sent an email about it and asked me to reply to explain the charge and that I understand the policy that test can only be between $1-$5.. I replied at 7am.
