My church uses this storage facility. Coded gates and coded in door climate control units. I go here three to six times a week lately. Very easily accessible to your units and camera surveillance security.
Rachel does a great job she’s always friendly and ready to help
Rachel the property manager at facility did a great job getting me settled and answering all my questions
Absolutely AWFUL customer service since it was sold to Public Storage! Everything has to be done through an app that wants to track you. Closed my unit and moved to a locally owned business that has actual humans on site to take care of customers.
Lynita, she is a helpful person, good attitude I so appreciate your help Lynita.
