Have been living here for almost 5 years now and since we got new supers two months ago its been way better managed by people that actually care. Before we had supers that would yell and complain about everything and did the bare minimum with also closing thr laundry room at night so they didnt have to maintain it. Alot better now. Things get fixed in a timely manor, whenever you need to contact the super they are very quick to respond and they keep the place clean.
Horrible place there roaches the dishwasher don’t work the tenants don’t clean they yell at people and they never help anything. Also they left. A little girl outside for 2 hour cause her mom wasn’t answering the intercom because she was at work they where there at the door and the girl was crying.
Myself and my girlfriend dont live at their building but thank God...A couple months ago the super was taking out the garbage bins after 10pm and then it stopped...Then it started back up again just lastnight waking us up...
Cockroaches and bedbugs. The super is a drill sergeant. They have some new notice almost every week. Lived at that address for 16 was once a beautiful place until it was taken over by Sterling Karamar. Went downhill. Search their name...only complaints.
