Crime, crime, crime! Lived here almost 2 years and my car was stolen b/c garage doors broken. Maintenance stealing. Roaches on walls. Management incompetent. False advertising.
Unfortunately the management team is lack luster and has huge turnover. In 3 years there have been 4 property managers and I have only met one of them. Multiple requests go unanswered and if you have pets be forewarned they do not maintain the pet promenade and it routinely fills up with dog waste. There are just too many high rises in Houston and I would think twice about picking this one.
