Been living here for about three years now. Facilities are alright. I like my apartment. Bob is a great tech (and a real good guy) and Sara is by far one of the best managers this place has seen, since I've been here. I think most of the residents here appreciate her and I think Highland Management is VERY lucky to have hired her.
Lived here for a little over a year and had a great experience. Even from the beginning when we were looking for places, Highland got back to me right away to schedule a tour, and the move-in process was easy. Highland does a great job managing the property and rent is very reasonable for the location it’s in. Maintenance requests were always completed in a timely manner. Just moved here at the beginning of the month and it has been a great experience. Our property manager, Ashleigh, has been incredible to work with. The location and amenities can't be beat!
This is a lovely complex in a great location, however they took my daughter's application fee and told her it was available for her, then called her the next day after she had already made moving arrangements and told her that a resident had been considering moving into that 2 bedroom and they decided they were going to. I was under the impression that residents had to give at least a 30 day notice upon moving. Needless to say, she was heartbroken and now looking to find a place that is available in less than 2 weeks for her... read more
