I couldn’t be happier at 2920. I love my unit, the area is beautiful, and the staff members are incredible. They’re so kind and responsive to anything that may come up. I would absolutely recommend living here to anyone interested.
I’ve been living here for a while and have really seen a turn around in the recent change of property manager— and every neighbor that I talk to echos that sentiment. Thomas has brought a sense of community, an urgency to our needs, and a care to the role that really makes this place feel like home. I’ve experienced 3 property managers since I’ve moved here and it really has made a difference. This has been my favorite spot to live because of the community, the space, the affordability, and how it’s run.
I lived here for a year with a roommate in apartment 401, when I decided to move out in August 2024, my roommate decided to stay and have someone else take my spot. I was told by the property manager, after they did a walk through to ensure no damage had happened during the year, that I would receive my deposit back in full within 30 days after moving out.
