Living here since 2017 and have been very content thanks to great maintenance, and office staff led by Matt. Location isn't too bad, next door to Whole Foods. Close to downtown, museum district, Texas Medical Center, shopping, Buffalo Bayou Park, you name it. Also really cool to be able to walk across the street to Nino's, Vincents, or Grappino's Italian Food.
