2900 Lux is one of the worst apartment communities I’ve lived in. The property is poorly managed, filthy, and completely neglected. Garbage and food are constantly left around the grounds, attracting pests, and the dog park is regularly covered in waste that sits for days without being cleaned. Tenants let their children run wild with little supervision, and management does absolutely nothing about it. Maintenance is just as bad.
