Alyssa Barnes was our saleswoman.. she was so so helpful and so relaxed! She didn't push us to buy anything! She simply wanted to make sure we got exactly what was needed for my family. Since we weren't under pressure to buy something right away and she was so personable we actually walked away with 2013 Ford f-150 and are extremely happy with our purchase! we would recommend 10/10. We walked into 29 Palms RAM Truck Center and were immediately greeted by Alyssa and Tabitha. From start to finish they helped us find a great new car at a price we could afford with no hassle! We had such a great experience. I highly recommend them to everyone. We experienced great customer service and great advice when making a tough decision.

They were really friendly, patient, helpful, hard working, and did everything they could to get us into a good vehicle! There was no pressure or haggling. They gave us our space until we needed help and gave us plenty of time to discuss everything before making a final decision. They also worked diligently to get us the best possible deal. I'd refer people back to them a million times over simply for their amazing customer service but their vehicles are pretty nice too!
