Old man Andy is so sweet, I love how he makes conversation and always has a smile on his face, I couldn’t ask for anyone better to do my pedicure. It was a great experience I will definitely be back!
Was really excited to take my girlfriend here for her birthday, we got a pedicure that was great but when it was time for her to get nails done they said it’d be 15 minutes for her to soak her nails off and it’s been 55 minutes, and they have not even started on her nails. Really displeased with a place that had so many good reviews. Just for reference we got here 5:00 we got a pedicure till maybe 5:40, it’s now 6:40 and they have had her put her hands in chemicals for an hour straight.
A year later..This is my new nail salon! After going to the same nail salon(and their assoc.) for ten years (driving across town), I decided to try this one, two minutes away from my home. I called five minutes before closing, and they say to come in!!! They were still friendly, and happy to make customer happy..I love Kelly! She is a consummate nail artist..creative, clean, fast and reliable. 28th Nail Salon has the bEsT CUSTOMER SERVICE I've seen in years..
