I rented the apartment with the commitment that an air conditioning unit would be installed, but it still hasn't been placed. It has been requested multiple times, including through formal communication. The scheduled installation dates are not being met, and currently there is no air ventilation in the apartment which makes it very difficult to breath. Additionally, the green areas outside the building are not being maintained which makes the place look neglected.

I moved in December of 2024. After looking for a place for over a year. We found our new home. Amazing property, quiet, clean building. They even offer 2 months free rent. We have a gym, and laundry facility. Pet friendly as well. I have no plans of ever moving again. This is our forever home.

Honest Review of 2837 Yonge Street I’ve been living at 2837 Yonge Street for about a year, and my experience has been challenging. First, the building lacks air conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot during the summer months. Another major issue is the cockroach infestation. Renting here has been the worst experience. In the first week I moved in, I found roaches. It's almost nine months later, and they still haven't managed to get rid of the roaches. You cannot control the heat so it's always too hot in the winter. Trust me - don't rent here. Update two weeks later- there are still roaches, and the property (mis)management is avoiding my phone calls and emails. They must think people want to pay money to live with roaches!
