After 6 years and well many buy outs from apartment companies, this new one Atlantic Pacific, will be the reason I am leaving. Utilities increasing and I am not getting answers how I am paying double for my 1 bedroom water, seepage, gas, etc then people with 2 and 3 bedrooms... my water, sewage, ETC has tripled since they took over. (and it keeps on, I am sure it will be 4x next month) Maintenance, lets see going on day 3. RecommendedI visited Riverside recently to see a friend. Very beautiful community and homes inside and out! I also was able to meet many members of the staff and they were all very kind and helpful! Definitely would recommend living here!
I was considering renewing my lease because I love the area. I'm not sure if the management changed, but the past few months have been so frustrating. An email received tonight really puts me over the edge because now all visitors must register their license plate online to avoid a risk of being towed. Additionally, I have to go to the leasing office to pick up yet another parking sticker. The office changed to "winter hours", and is now open BUSINESS HOURS, which most people ALSO WORK.
