The main woman gave a very strange massage. Overall, she behaved very rudely. During the massage, she kept leaving the room to yell at a man outside, which made the whole experience extremely uncomfortable. She charged me for the massage before the treatment even started. After I got dressed, she aggressively demanded a $20 tip. She even blocked my way so I couldn’t leave and asked me twice for the $20 tip in a very rude manner. I do not recommend this place at all. It was a terrible experience.

I go here seasonally. The customer Service is amazing. Jennie did a great job. They don't do the service just for finishing their time, but they put their maximum effort to go through our needs. I totally felt very satisfied with them. Will definitely go back again and again here only 🙂.

I asked for a 30-minute massage, but it went on for 45 minutes. I told the therapist it was too long and that I needed to leave, but she didn’t speak much English and insisted there was still time left. At the end, when I went to pay, she told me I had to give a tip. I gave $10, but she said it wasn’t enough and kept asking for more. I don’t think it’s right to pressure customers like that.
