I asked for a 30-minute massage, but it went on for 45 minutes. I told the therapist it was too long and that I needed to leave, but she didn’t speak much English and insisted there was still time left. At the end, when I went to pay, she told me I had to give a tip. I gave $10, but she said it wasn’t enough and kept asking for more. I don’t think it’s right to pressure customers like that.
