Clean and quite apartments with supportive neighbourhood. The resident manager was always there to help for any queries and sweet heart. Best for small families, students to elderly people.
These people gave tenants 3 days notice to move all belongings from our patios and balconies for a huge maintenance task. Most of us have no where to store so many large items and with such short notice, we had to leave things outside. Our things are being used, ruined and thrown around by the people working on the balcony repair. We have had barricades put on our door for safety, but this causes an issue if there is ever a fire. I live with my boyfriend and I can finally write this review now that the N11 is signed. Avoid this at all costs if you don’t want to deal with micromanaging, harassing and inconsiderate landlords - especially under the name Judy. She does not have one clue what she is doing. At her big age, she fights with all the tenants - we have encountered this from our balcony many times. She throws tantrums and slams your door if she doesn’t get her way - quite funny and sad.
