We’ve had hot water issues for over 4-5 months now and I don’t understand why it’s so hard to fix. It’s become a recurring issue, and when I’m paying thousands in rent, I expect hot water all the time. The management seems to treat everything the same way looking to simply find a temporary fix to every issue they see. There’s been water dripping from the ceiling of the hallway of the 7th floor and their fix for it was to just put a bucket under it and never actually fix it. INHUMANE LIVING CONDITIONS If you like having hot water do not live here. Since May 18th, 2024 the residents of 27 North have not had any hot water, and it is currently June 3rd, 2024. Spoke to the Manager, Lawain, and he is so condescending. Per his words, they do not know when they are going to get a new boiler. At this rate, it's going to be months. 27 North is denying and refusing to give any of their residents financial compensation for these unhealthy living conditions we are forced to be in.
