We were locked out of the garage as we left the parking ticket in the car, as is normal in any other parking garage. There was no sign or indication that we had to take the parking ticket with us after we parked in order to get back into the garage. As we called customer service and waited to try to get help getting back in, which was confusing as well, we were paying for time that the car was parked.
