Seth is seriously the best! He helped me while purchasing my first home (gave great advice), re-financing said home, and now as I look for a new place. He is always very quick to respond and definitely makes sure all my questions/concerns are addressed. With his move to VIP he went above and beyond to get me pre-approval for a time sensitive offer.
