Just 3 words (uttered by our nonkosher friends: BETTER THAN TREIF!!! Really. Best kosher restaurant I've been to in the world! And the service was impeccable!! Hugo our waiter was enthusiastic, available, gave great recommendations and made many "check-ins" to make sure we were happy (and the place was packed). Co-owner Morris Kaplan happily brought dishes to our table and is a wonderful host. 26 Sushi & Tapas had a modern, relaxing vibe - almost like a lounge, but also makes for a perfect intimate dinner venue. The low blue lights cast an eclectic atmosphere & guess what - they have a special acoustic structure design that allows each table to primarily hear the conversations going on exclusively at their table without being interrupted by the sounds from the other tables.
