Various issues with this property. Took 3 weeks to resolve maintenance issues. Crooked lease policy, they will lock you into a lease WITHOUT SIGNING ONE if you don't not give them 3 months notice! Rent increased from 755 to 950 over 3 years, poor insulation (can hear others in their apartment), also multiple transients will sleep in the lobby and foyer. Key fob works 40% of the time
