Wonderful experience with Haneen, the leasing consultant. The tour, hands on approach, and things went smoothly. I love the apartments, and even after the move in, the leasing staff, particularly Haneen, was attentive and very hands on. This is an update. This is literally the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I moved in during the summer and the A/C wasn't working. They NEVER fixed it. SURPRISE, the heat doesn't work either. I've begged these people for months to fix the heat and wake up to an apartment that is 54 degrees (Picture shown). This property company is predatory and the worst I've ever encountered. I would plead with you to just find somewhere else. DO NOT RENT FROM PMC PROPERTY GROUP, EVER!
Do not move there unless you don’t care about having an air conditioner and heater. Since we moved in, our furnace has been breaking on and off. We didn’t have an air conditioner for two weeks straight. Now, in the winter, we are having the same issues with the heater. It seems like the building has an old furnace system that does not work properly. The apartment itself is nice and quiet (in the sense that you can’t hear the neighbors or footsteps).
