Do not move there unless you don’t care about having an air conditioner and heater. Since we moved in, our furnace has been breaking on and off. We didn’t have an air conditioner for two weeks straight. Now, in the winter, we are having the same issues with the heater. It seems like the building has an old furnace system that does not work properly. The apartment itself is nice and quiet (in the sense that you can’t hear the neighbors or footsteps).
Wonderful experience with Haneen, the leasing consultant. The tour, hands on approach, and things went smoothly. I love the apartments, and even after the move in, the leasing staff, particularly Haneen, was attentive and very hands on.

I've had a great experience, touring and coordinating move in was made super simple by my leasing agent, Haneen. She was an absolute angel. Since moving I've had great response time from the property manager and maintenance.
Haven’t had any complaints so far so good it’s a busy street and parking is outrageously expensive for a month and street parking you have to be careful of no parking tickets
