Four days ago, a booked tour through their bot. The system said the appointment was “pending until a staff member confirms.” Fine. What’s not fine? **No one ever called—**not the day before, not the morning of, not even an email (only the bot did the email) I tried phoning the office; no answer! If your staff can’t be bothered to click “confirm” or return a call, what’s the point of the bot? Drop the smug “someone will contact you” message until someone actually does.
Teresa is an amazing property manager! Since Teresa came in she’s been super accommodating and always ready to help.
I'm in love with my apartment. It's updated, high ceilings, and a ton of natural light. It's in a perfectly walkable location by the inner harbor. Haneen is the best!!! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She made the process extremely easy and kept me in the loop from start to finish. I was very nervous to find a new home and I couldn't be happier with my choice.
I have been a resident of 26 Calvert for 4 years. Teresa our landlord is awesome and always ready to assist the tenants in the building for inquiries. We have a beautiful rooftop with birds eye view of the city including my unit having incredible views. Apartments are huge and have very high scowling and open space. Our gym is incredible and also has a full basketball court and lounge. Security is there and we have a 24 hour security line! Terrible do not rent here. Unless you want to walk the stair 12 flights rather than use a building with an elevator. The elevator has broken constantly 3 times a week over the last 3 months. The company is to cheap to make the required repairs. The heat constantly breaks then the AC breaks in the summer. The sales reps will LIE to you and say this is Luxury living.
