RecommendedThis is my second year at 257 thayer and I love it here. The staff is always really nice to me and they always have weekly events for us. I wouldn't want to live elsewhere

Definitely recommend 257 Thayer to anyone living in the Providence area! They provide a wonderful and engaging community with their diverse residents! Their staff are very kind and accommodating!
The staff here at 257 Thayer has been so helpful and accomodating ever since I signed my lease. I decided to move here due to the great ammenities, the complex being all-inclusive, and the location. Every need I have had has been addressed immediately. I am always greeted with a smile, and it is clear that the staff and management is invested in you as a resident! 257 Thayer is my home away from home!
I arrived today Sunday September 3rd at 257 Thayer to move my son into his apartment that we leased in June. Upon our arrival, we found that the management office was closed until Tuesday, despite the fact that it is move in weekend at Brown. The website states that there is a property manager on site. This organization has just demonstrated how little integrity they have by not having any staff present when students need to move in. Old management was amazing but of course corporate didn't like that students were happy so they fired everyone and brought in horrible new staff who are more concerned with lining their pockets with student money then their well being. Incorrectly took thousands from student accounts and tried to blame it on the students. Took over 3 weeks to get the money back, along with petty charges for "room damage" which was literally specs of dirt. Would recommend literally anywhere else in Providence
