I would, but... (Verified Renter) I would, but I know that part of the reason that this apartment draws attention is because of the advertised rooftop. Since we were promised a rooftop multiple times, I would not recommend this apartment to someone looking for that amenity because I feel like its access is not guaranteed.

I don't think... (Verified Renter) I don't think I am alone when I say this but I've been waiting for the top deck to open. No notification except "sometime" this summer. Part of the reason I rent in a high rise is to have a nice sun deck.
Fantastic place Probably the nicest apartment I have ever lived in. Very modern, lots of natural light, friendly management staff, very clean building, and friendly security. Excellent views and property is very well taken care of. Just wish we could get a real squat machine in the gym instead of a smith machine :) Absolutely recommend.

Avoid this building - not worth the money or the lifestyle they seem to advertise. I lived for a while and saw this building undergo several changes in ownership. Quality of living has deteriorated severely in the last 12 months and is a far cry from 'luxurious living' as claimed by the building management. Several of their claims are misleading - the rooftop sundeck that is advertised is closed this year, the 'luxurious' remodeled apartments do not deserve the rent charged - poor finishing, bad paint jobs, low hot water pre... read more

Avoid at all costs These reviews below are clearly fake. No one in their right mind that moved into this building in the last year can view it as anything but a trainwreck of a living space. I've rented at various high rises for roughly the last 7 years and have never once felt the need to contact management and complain before living here, at 2555 it's a weekly routine.
