Terrible customer service so let me break it down to help everyone in the future if you ever think about renting a unit here. First off they give no refunds no matter what. Which is understandable if you tell the customer this upfront. I was never told this, so I rented the unit and the next day turned out I didn’t need it and tried to request a refund. If I could give zero stars, I would. We stored our stuff here because it's indoors and there are tons of cameras and a security code. Turns out, it's the same security code they've had for years and the buttons are worn off so anyone can guess it. The cameras do not actually work, they have game cameras pointed at the front door and the back dock but no one actually reviews the footage. Our units had the locks cut off and our stuff was stolen. Poor customer service. Advertise 24/7 access, however that is not the case. Ever increasing unit rents.
