You are likely to experience massive property loss if you move to 251 North Apartments (located at the corner of North Ave and Central Park Ave since they seem to frequently rebrand). And then the company will charge you for it! While I was out of town my Jeep was destroyed in a flash flood while parked in the complex's parking lot. 251 North refused any responsibility. What a terrible complex!! With overflowing garbage bins, flooding and constant construction, this complex offers nothing but the worst living environment. Washers were always broken and my refrigerator was never fixed, no matter how many times I submitted a maintenance request. When the maintenance team did come, they always entered my apartment without my permission, which was requested. Stopped by 251 North to see a friend and ended up taking a tour. Was very pleasantly surprised. Great property, great service, great price! Had no clue it was even there or that it was so close to Ponce City Market and the Beltline. Definitely moving there when my lease is up!
