Love it I was surprised to love this place so much. i hate the Roosevelt... its kinda poser to me. They try to be so La but everyone there is from orange county. but the vibe in 25 degrees was great and the food was freaky awesome because you can get what ever you want! you create your own food.
Great Burger An incredibly good burger, cooked as ordered (one of our party even requested their burger rare, which is hard to find any more). Excellent sides--both the fries and the rings. The liquor license is a definite plus--excellent beef with a good glass of red. Sure the place is trendy, but consider the location: across from Mann's Chinese Theater--be glad this place isn't some silly family-oriented Chuck E Friday's.
good food, great decor,good service, really bad music and totally cheesy/trashy uniforms – The decor in quite stylish in a classic way, but the place plays the most terrible out dated music ever. Its like the play list of some 40- something swinger party in Sherman Oaks. Shady Waiters and Managers – Went to 25 Degrees for the first time with two friends of mine and was excited to eat the food I heard so much about. At first the service was cordial, our waiter politely waited for our entire party to show before he took our order. The food was good and the helpings were generous. Unbelievable. – Best Burger on Earth. Doesn't matter that the location is aweful (tourists+ Teddy's crowd on friday nights+NO parking without paying $15), this Burger is soooo Good. The Garlic Parmesan Dipping sauce for the fries is unbelievable. This is one of the very few things I'm going to miss about L.A. when I move.
Good Service, Good Burgers – The service was great. The fries were really salty, but the burgers were awesome. The onion rings are worth going in for. My friend said that the tomato soup is the best he has ever had. If you don't mind paying $9-$20 for a burger, and if you can get passed a waitstaff dressed in Ed Hardy tshirts then this is the place for you.
Good taste, but a little mixed up about service... – We went in, eight of us, and had burgers. Things weren't so bad until we got our food. A very limited menu consisting of burgers, fries and onion rings. But when something is done this good you need nothing more. A dining room to be buried in it is so beautiful. Deep reds accented by rich woods and colorful tile. This looks like a combination of every classic design era yet maintains a distinctive quality all its own. Same can be said of their burgers.
