I have lived here for about a month. Its beautiful, well kept. The maintenance man is always very helpful. The laundry is maintained daily and kept clean. The residents abide by quite hours. So far im very 😊

Shawn did a great job! Came sooner than I thought he would and finished quicker than I expected! He’s a keeper! Added 9.14.26: I’ve resided in this community for over 6 years. Although it has changed ownership and management companies over the years and has seen it’s fair share of controversy, it is currently managed by Autumn; who is professional, responsive, fair and doing all she can that her tight budget allows. Kudos to Autumn and her team!
We have just moved in and it has been an very easy process, with the help of Diana it has been an easy move in under two weeks sadly we have had already experienced the water outage that lasted 3 hours thankfully on a weekday and everyone is working but if it happens on a weekend that would be a huge problem and the pool and hot pool is still out of service but was told it might open within two months other then that I will keep this updated with any good news/bad news. I’ve lived here two years and I’ve had a mixed experience. The on-site staff are great and responsive, but the management’s pricing practices have been frustrating enough that I will not recommend this place to prospective residents. At renewal, I was quoted a $77/month increase that would have brought my rent nearly $300 above what the exact same floor plan was listed for on their own website.
