We have just moved in and it has been an very easy process, with the help of Diana it has been an easy move in under two weeks sadly we have had already experienced the water outage that lasted 3 hours thankfully on a weekday and everyone is working but if it happens on a weekend that would be a huge problem and the pool and hot pool is still out of service but was told it might open within two months other then that I will keep this updated with any good news/bad news. I’ve lived here two years and I’ve had a mixed experience. The on-site staff are great and responsive, but the management’s pricing practices have been frustrating enough that I will not recommend this place to prospective residents. At renewal, I was quoted a $77/month increase that would have brought my rent nearly $300 above what the exact same floor plan was listed for on their own website. These apartments are super pet friendly and Autumn is amazing she gave me so much information on my tour
I came in recently for a tour and had a great experience with the office girl, Autumn! Unfortunately this property doesn’t suit all my needs, but I would recommend it to others.
