Very friendly and great experience!
My coworker told me about this complex. I looked at it and moved in. The office was helpful and maintenance has been good so far. I am happy with the decision I made. Good size and price is good too. The area is nice.
We moved in with the expectation set we are on a budget. Our apartment is 1249 for rent. They include Gas, Water, Trash, and a CAM fee. My total bill comes out to 1450 and recently it has jumped to 1500. Here's catch property shuts off certified payments on the 5th, this includes free non-certified payments like ACH. For people on a fixed income, this is nearly impossible to manage. They charge 3.25% on a debit card or credit card transaction. This puts an extra 60-90 on top of what you expect. My wife and I enjoy these apartments very much, we been staying here for a year now. In that time frame I feel comfortable to leave a review. Despite minor issues with our unit we don't have much to complain about. The location and community is very nice and friendly. The office staff and the maintenance is on point. Whenever we have an issue with our unit Nate the very friendly repair guy is on it. Very undertanding and professional in his work. He always assure us that whatever is wrong with our unit he'll fix it.
When I first moved here a year ago, the apartments were managed very poorly. Since we now have Diana here (new property manager), things are on the way to be much better for this apartment. I know that she has the residents interests in mind and will put the complex back on track to being a high-end choice for people looking to live in Colorado Springs. If you’re looking for a decent place that’s not going to break the bank, this is a good option and will be even better in the future under the current management.
