I had a horrible experience with 24Restore. I hired them to fix a leak in an upstairs bathroom. At first, they were quick to respond to the problem and identify the source. However, all subsequent work was frequently delayed, there was unexpected staff turnover causing more delays, and there was poor planning and poor and communication throughout the project. I had a leak in my master bath that damaged the vaniety and the dry wall . It took 24 Restore over a week to remove the vaniety and dry out the area. While removing the vaniety, I heard a crash. One of the workmen broke a vase in another room and neglected to report it. Two weeks later, a workman came out to repair the dry wall. He claimed he needed to remove to toilet. Would reconsider before selecting 24 Restore. Initially we were happy with the guys that came out and did the work. But multiple things led to the 1 star review. Our basement was wet from our sump pump not working so we were referred from our insurance agent. 24Restore removed wall trim without care and did unnecessary damage to our walls and trim (Will upload photos) while doing so.
