Very friendly tenants and Paul, the superintendent, is great!
Well-maintained older building with a beautiful garden in the lovely annex neighborhood. A quiet and pet-friendly apartment community—I feel very safe here. The current cogir/siteline owners can be difficult to reach and slow to address issues. However, anything in the hands of the building superintendent, Paul, is maintained wonderfully. It's a nice building in a great neighborhood. I've lived here a long time and seen many owners and superintendents. The current owners are not too bad to deal with, but I gotta say Paul, the current super, is by far the best we've had in a long long time. Quick response to issues, great communication, pleasant to speak to, knows his stuff, and surprisingly follows up with you long after an issue has been "resloved". A wonderful difference from some past supers!
We've lived here for many years and love the neighbourhood and apartment. There were some hard times years ago when there were physical problems with the building and a revolving door of many superintendents but fortunately that has been solved. The current super Paul has been friendly, attentive and helpful and has made living here a pleasure again.
I've been living in this building for a couple of years now, and things have improved significantly since Paul became the superintendent. While the administrative team can sometimes be a bit frustrating, and the building's age naturally comes with additional maintenance needs, Paul has made a real difference.
