Living at Howland Courts feels really special because you’re literally living in a piece of Toronto history. The Annex is also such a great neighbourhood to be in. There’s so much character and everything is close by, which makes day to day life really enjoyable. The real standout at Howland though is the superintendent Paul. Asim (the rental agent) was friendly, great with communication and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Paul (the superintendent) is fantastic. Easy to reach, very responsive and always looking to help. The building (and site) is in a lovely neighborhood, with good transit connections and lots of amenities nearby. It is an older style building but many of the units have been renovated so it is a nice mix of old and new. Super pet friendly - with many of the tenants owning cats or dogs
Paul is a great guy who is super responsive and prompt with resolutions to any request. He’s one of the best property managers I’ve seen in the last few years
Nice building. Preserved heritage and is super clean.
