Moving in and living here has been super easy thanks to Paul and all the neighbours here. Paul has been a huge help since I moved into my new apartment. He’s always friendly, reliable, and quick to help whenever I need something. He really made settling in a lot easier, and I appreciate all the support and kindness he’s shown. Thanks again, Paul! You are the best.
Paul, the superintendent, is the most capable, helpful, kind, friendly super I’ve encountered in my long life. He fixed my leaking kitchen sink, replaced a window screen after a squirrel ripped a hole in it. He communicates readily and without delay with tenants. I’ve lived here for nearly 13 years and Paul is the first superintendent who gets the job done.
I love living here, the area is great and have access to all the needs within walking distance!. Also the super Paul is the best, he's always available and friendly to talk to.
Living at Howland Courts feels really special because you’re literally living in a piece of Toronto history. The Annex is also such a great neighbourhood to be in. There’s so much character and everything is close by, which makes day to day life really enjoyable. The real standout at Howland though is the superintendent Paul.
