Things started out great. Severen and his company (242 Home Improvement) came recommended and we believed that he could be trusted. He appeared to explain things well and worked with us on the insurance claim. After the roofing job had been completed we noticed a few things that needed to be corrected. One of the employees left their lunch garbage in the attic space, one of the skylights was not centered in the opening, and there was an exhaust vent that was sealed off.
