Very bad customer service. There was a lady at front counter just teach her how to talk with customers. Very very bad service.
Went in there today, there was no one at the counter. When I leaned over, I saw someone sitting in the back on their phone. When I called out, they seemed to not hear me, maybe they were wearing a headphones. I guess phones are more important than customer service.
Smooth process.
