Customer service was great. Also great selection of drinks. But the pizza is underwhelming and not as good as it once was like back in the day. No other way around it. I had to ask myself what makes the pizza subpar: - The crust is the biggest factor. I remember the regular pizza dough used to be fluffy, soft. The texture of the crust is paper thin. - Lack of cheese. Even extra cheese couldn’t save the pizza. - The toppings like pepperoni, ground beef, etc, seem dry and overcooked.
