Among the cheapest apts in west campus & you definitely get what you pay for. The laundry situation definitely seems a small price to pay for lowered rent but, it definitely adds up. Previously it was $2.50 PER wash/dry cycle so as you can imagine it ADDED up real quick. Among that, the washers & dryers were not working and I would have to SPEND more money to get my things dry. Everything was good and stuff is really nice
This is a decent spot for the price, but don’t expect much else out of them. Small parking spaces and you have to pay to do your laundry. Room D in most units doesn’t have a window, something to keep in mind when you sign your lease. If you ever transfer your lease over to someone, your down payment gets transferred to that person; almost like a punishment. The pool is never in commission, I believe it’s permanently closed. Now is this place absolutely terrible? No, just don’t expect a great experience
Elevator has been broken for over a month.
