Many of washers are out of order. Two washers took our quarters. One washer doesn't wash, haven't used the dryers yet, dreading that money pit. Very unsatisfied. When you call the number to complain, mailbox is full. Scam.
The woman here has been known to call the police on peoples children for taking the stuffed animals that she fails to keep secured. Over half of the people she has complained about and posted have done nothing wrong. This would be why the majority of the pictures on the wall show absolutely no wrongdoing. People shouldn't own a business they do not care to deal with in a civilized manner.
The man who now owns it was extremely rude. When the lady who was washing clothes next to me called the owner about her problems the guy came down and I explained what had happened with 3 of the machines he basically called me a liar. Very unprofessional way to treat a disabled person. The $3.50 I got ripped off may not seem very much but when you live off of disability it is.
