Fun for your Pets! I had my puppy pet sitted here and it is absolutely wonderful. The staff is friendly and the facility is warm and clean. When I got home to pick her up she was excited to see me and as healthy as a horse!
wonderful pet care We are happy clients. Our pets are always well taken care of upon our return and everything is executed as requested. We receive email update and xavi-nena even take time to share pictures of my babies when were away. I recommend them to my friends all the time.
24 Hr Pets is reliable and passionate. A++! We have used Nena and Michael for over 3 years now and could not be happier with their service. We use them monthly and they have never let us down. They accommodate last min requests for us all the time and go above and beyond their basic services for us. Our kids are happy and peaceful upon our return. You can tell how much they are loved in our absence. We don't know what we would do with out them. I HIGHLY recommend their services.
BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! I could not be happier with the professionalism and true concern Nena and Michael had for our babies. I was soured in the past with a local service but with an unexpected family emergency and no time to prepare I gave it another go and boy am I thrilled that I did. Reliable Compassionate Pet Care! 24 Hr Pets is wonderful pet care. My senior girl needed insulin and extra TLC and they were sure to deliver. When I arrive home each time my girl is relaxed and comfortable. I love leaving her at home especially because of her age. We will continue to use 24 Hour Pets for as long as they offer their service.
DON'T TAKE YOUR PET HERE! Our dog came home extremely dehydrated and vomitted several times. They keep dogs in crates, unlike what their site states. I will never take my pet back there.
Reliability a Concern We no longer use this pet sitting service. Initially we were pleased with the level of service provided, however, their reliablity became a concern for us. We had two different dates (when we were out of town) that they forgot to come over to let our dogs out and to feed them.
Awesomeness! Highly Recommend. I have nothing but wonderful things to say.
