This company used to be amazing... something happened, and now they are a broken company with lost and useless people. I have been with this company 3 years and recently they have made some terrible changes to their system. They cannot help you on phone, they do not return calls or email. There are no supervisors or management. Just a bunch of remote workers who "cannot access the system" there is no communication or help. Find another company
I’ve worked as a caregiver with this company for almost 3 years now and I do not have any supervisor or administration contact information for anyone whenever I have questions, issues with payroll, time card or a password resets, and this is the reason for my rating would really like to have contact information to a civil and responsible professional person, so it’s possible for me to resolve any issues I may be faced with as an employee, in a timely manner.
Amazing company! Love them so much.
