Horrible customer service and fraud. I tried to cancel my membership online the first week of August and it kept giving me an error. I was charged membership dues on August 27th, 2023 for membership August 27th - September 27th 2023. I called my club in ******, ** on August 28, 2023 and explained that I tried to cancel prior to the membership renewing and they refused to refund my dues. I callled their customer service number and explained that I canceled the membership the day after I was charged and they refuse my refund. ... read more
