I find it absolutely disgusting you continue to charge your customers for services they can no longer use during this nightmare! Not only that! We went with 24 hour fitness for exactly that! The fact that you were 24 hours, now you aren’t even that! 4am to midnight is not 24 hours and doesn’t fit my schedule. False claims seem rampant throughout this company and I am disgusted with it. I’ll be returning to planet fitness when my contracts are up.

This company is charging memberships even though they closed it’s doors on March 16th. I was charged on March 2nd, March 9th, March 30th and March 31st, despite having closed its doors and patrons are unable to use the services provided that we have paid for due to the COVID-19 virus. Will not freeze membership due to all locations being closed. No customer service and no help at all! I did not get a membership for only on-line workouts. I signed up for use of equipments and the amenities this establishment offers. However, these are not available until further notice. Why not freeze payments just like you've frozen the use of your gyms!

This isnt right!! The fact that they wont let members freeze or cancel their accounts for the time being is down right dirty. Why should I still be paying for this membership if your facility is closed. I pay for 2 memberships and they wont even let me put it on hold. This is hiway robbery. Why should we members have to pay for a subscription that we cant even use?

Being charged for a gym we cannot attend. At least freeze the membership! I pay monthly I am not in on a member ship so how will you add lost time?

I submitted a cancellation request through their online portal, which is the only way to get a hold of anyone, and they still charged my card. This is absolutely abhorrent. Slimy, despicable company.

Probably the worst reaction to the pandemic in regards to taking care of the customer. Closed all gyms and you can only alter your membership through calling...except they closed their call centers also. Oh, and they still had the audacity to charge, when they finally reached out a week after I made an email complaint, they offered to freeze my account for a monthly fee...for a service they weren't providing.

Since the declaration of a National Pandemic in the United States, many companies closed due to the prevention of the spread of COVID-19. Many of these companies are compassionate of the personal financial issues within each American home. Unfortunately 24 Hour Fitness disregarded this. I have been a member of 24 Hour Fitness since 2010. I never had any issues in the past.
