If I could give this pathetic place zero stars, I would. This gym is an absolute disaster. The machines are unsanitary, squeaky, and half of them don’t even work. The bathroom always smells horrendous and it’s like they put no effort into making the place somewhat decent. The customer service is just as bad—rude, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in doing their jobs. I’ve never felt more ignored or disrespected when asking for assistance. If I could give this gym zero stars, I would. The smell inside is putrid—like a mix of sweat, mildew, and something you’d expect after a post-apocalyptic warzone. The machines? They look like they’re one rep away from falling apart and launching metal shrapnel across the room. Half are out of order, and the rest creak like they’re begging for retirement. Absolutely do not waste your time or money on this gym. What was once a solid place to train has completely fallen apart. Some of the staff act like they’re doing you a favor by just being there, and the service is embarrassingly poor. The facility is disgusting — cleaning stations are constantly empty, the bathrooms are filthy beyond belief, and the whole place reeks like it hasn’t been cleaned properly in months. I’m so disappointed, I went to the gym at 6 am and the pool was closed. I never got a text or an email announcing this. I asked the front desk day, he didn’t have a clue about if is going to be open tomorrow or what is the status. Now that Crunch is taking over, what will be the status of the pool ? The other day they say maybe will stay , maybe not. Can you please let me know what is going on?
