I had to come back and rewrite the review from 2 month ago , because I had hopes that with the upgrade things where going to really change for better. It's always dirty, broken machines. The only reason I had sign is because they have a steam room but what is the use if its always dirty. Need to hire more cleaning staff!!! I only see one person cleaning in the morning . Almost forgot to mention there's hardly paper towels and or disinfectant wipes.
This gym needs real leadership. The men's locker room is filthy! Trash everywhere. Sticky floors. Let's not even start with the steam room. I understand members need to clean up after themselves but when you run a gym 24 hours a day and charge a premium, management needs to step up.
I had high hopes for this location due to recent reviews. I showed up at around 11pm on a Wednesday night. My review is mostly based on cleanliness. The first thing I noticed that was really dirty was the water dispenser/fountains. The locker room and showers were just disgusting. Anybody could argue that maybe I just showed up at a bad time.
