Sauna after work out is the best
This location is not too crowded, the desk staff is friendly, and maintained well. It has less than the larger clubs, but it makes up for it. Great classes. Cycle is does fill up. Great classes.
The best exercise is bicep curls Do those for big guns
a little out of my way but my favourite 24 hour fitness location by far. nobody bothers you as everyone is focused on working out. best time is the am & late evenings. absolutely love the staff :) x
