Went to five different shower stalls and none of them had any soap please put some soap, also I joined because I like to use the sauna but it seems like it's broken every other week
Came here to visit earlier today and was treated very rudely by the front desk associates. I have a membership and a buddy pass told them we just needed to use the restroom and was told to wait while the manager completed ignored us. If you’re not of the Hispanic ethnicity expect to be treated differently here. I will be escalating this up! Disgusting.
