Change the water filter, the signs been on a few months now.
The front desk is so disrespectful, the new person can’t even say hi back or acknowledge people walking in. Too busy on his phone and talking girls. He needs extra training in begin a person. Please correct the situation. At least for him to say hi
Please, fix the hot water problem in the shower room. It has been 3weeks that you still haven’t fixed the problem. Also, please clean the bathrooms that you can see poops every time. Shame on you.
The gym has been upgraded with some new equipment recently. However the treadmill machines are old, outdated and always out of order. I personally counted 6 yesterday. The worst part is they're in high demand but it takes for ever to fix. Same thing with the leg abductor machine and a few others which have not been fixed in over a month. Shameful!!
Shower rooms have no hot water for continue 2 weeks. Steam rooms too no hot steam. Hope those can be fixed soon.
