This fitness center gets my recommendation based on several factors, including excellent facilities, knowledgeable trainers and exciting fitness programs.
If you are looking for the best fitness program for you, come try this place. I'm sure that you will be able to reach your fitness goal in a short period of time.
This gym has very good equipment for doing shoulders. Also is clean
Rockin Abs! I stumbled upon this find with a local school auction win; I had always wanted to try Pilates. In a short series of classes, I felt a noticeable change! With a few more classes, I felt sleeker in my over-40 body! I was amazed at how much fun I was having too! Trisha and Jesse worked me hard while making me smile and laugh as the hour passed. upgrade it or close it up. – i've been going there for 3 yars and even tho Rusty the manager and staff are great, the facilities are really shabby, a few of the machines are in fact broken, showers are dirty and tonite i just came from there and there was no soap in 4 of the showers and the other 2 soap dispensers were broken. on top of that the spa was broken. asked so many times when the remodel will occur and all i get is "soon'. 24 hour fitness mall 205 – I dislike this gym! The assistant manger was rude to me and my friends. Dont go here!
24 Hours Fitness totally dishonest when signing up. – Wow , I have never been lied to so blatantly since I purchased a car. The 9900 SE Washington ST location in Mall 205, 24 Hour Fitness is a terribly cramped little hole I go to all the other locations other than this one. More importantly I prepaid to get the best deal and the the sales person just blatantly lied to me and said their are no fees stopping membership and going to another gym. Customer service could not be worse! This place is very busy and the employees are anything but accomodating or friendly. They are intent on wasting your time and selling something.
