RecommendedMaking a very long story shorter... we had a broken sewer pipe that backed up into our bathroom on Easter Sunday. We had a company come out to clear the line and found the break but was trying to charge us almost triple what everyone else was charging, 3 quotes later...( I am not going to blast them. I highly recommend this company! We had a leak in an upstairs condo we rent out and it damaged the unit below. They came out quickly and although the initial diagnosis turned out not to be the case they continued to be involved until the issue was resolved. Our water heater stopped working and the gas company said it was leaking gas. We received the part since it was under warranty and called 24hr Express Services. Cade came out and was almost certain that was not the reason it wasn't working. He told me to call the company and let them know the actual issue and get the right part. He didn't charge for the diagnosis and wouldn't fix it until he knew that it would be fixed the right way!
