A hidden gem, not just in Little Rock or Arkansas, but the whole country. Every piece of vintage or rare equipment imaginable (5 rare bicep machines each with their own range of motion and quirks, etc). Nautilus, Bodymaster, etc. The owner Dennis will give you tips on form and technique - you will not leave without the best workout of your life! I wish this place nothing but more success and notoriety.

Lot of really cool older equipment in here (the best stuff). Everything you need and a lot of what you want in there as well. Christian-owned as well, which is important to us.

This place is a certified gem. If you're a serious lifter its got that special old school vibe with the vintage equipment. If you're new, its got a great variety to learn the basic and the advanced lifts on. Its old school, but its a real gym. Its pretty peaceful, and its got some great downcast lighting too.

Christian gym? Ha! Yeah right. Dennis is very rude and gives very much so prejudice. The gym is very much so compact and equipment is rusty and old. Definitely do not recommend especially if you a person of color.
