Lot of really cool older equipment in here (the best stuff). Everything you need and a lot of what you want in there as well. Christian-owned as well, which is important to us.

This place is a certified gem. If you're a serious lifter its got that special old school vibe with the vintage equipment. If you're new, its got a great variety to learn the basic and the advanced lifts on. Its old school, but its a real gym. Its pretty peaceful, and its got some great downcast lighting too.

Christian gym? Ha! Yeah right. Dennis is very rude and gives very much so prejudice. The gym is very much so compact and equipment is rusty and old. Definitely do not recommend especially if you a person of color.

Great gym with great old school iron weights and a mix of very good machines as well including Hammer strength. It's never too busy there and the atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and passionate about taking care of his clients there.
