They were able to replace AC unit at a good price. However, they managed to charge my card more than twice the original cost. They did not return my calls - i had to constantly call them in order to resolve the issue! The technicians are ok but the back-office is outright unacceptable! I'm willing to pay extra not to deal with them!

Very unprofessional service. I was scheduled for an appointment during the morning & the technician never showed up. When I call 5 hours later trying to figure out why nobody showed up, I get a male receptionist who is clueless as to my appointment & providing an answer to the point I get told I'll receive a call back when he "figures it out".
