Terrible experience, was told I’d have the vehicle a week earlier than I got it, they half way cleaned it, and gave it to me with 400 extra miles and a half tank. Talked to one of the managers and the man was useless. I would not ever recommend buying a vehicle from this dealer.
I had a 9:30 am appointment that I scheduled 10 days in advance. I arrived at 9:28 am and was allowed to enter the entrance bay of the "quick" lane. I parked my truck, checked in and waited in the dealership waiting room with my 2 year old son. The waiting area in the dealership allows you to see the vehicle's that are getting serviced. I noticed my vehicle was not in there and this was 45 minutes after checking in with the service staff. Kaleigh was absolutely amazing to work with! She made buying my car an absolute breeze. Not only did she get the car from another dealership ( in 3 days ) she also made sure we understood the ins and outs of the car too! Her knowledge of the vehicle, kind demeanor, and support throughout the whole process sets her apart from any other sales person I’ve done business with. Shoutout to Kam in finance as well for helping us to understand each document we were signing & answered any / all questions that arose
