TERRIBLE!!! Don’t buy from these people it’s a scam I’d give them negative stars if I could, I called in the night before a important family event to get a custom flower set done, I had originally cancelled because I wasn’t getting a good feeling from these people but I had no other choice and needed the flowers delivered in the morning. he said they couldn’t get those CUSTOM ones done in the morning so I asked to have those CUSTOM flowers delivered in the afternoon, not only did they send me random flowers they overcharged ... read more

its a scam! the customer services was terrible. please don't order. placed an order, didn't get any confirmation email. the owner was rude and uncomfortable to talk too.

If I could put a 0 I would. I made a mistake on the address for my flower delivery and called to add the apartment number right away as well as sending an email. The flowers were delivered 3 days later and dropped at the front of the building to no one. The flowers were dead when they were received. When I called to discuss it with the shop I was yelled at and told no one was available. The person receiving them was home and a telephone number was provided to contact her. Ordered two weeks ago didn’t arrive on date I asked for didn’t call me to let me know and also didn’t call me to tell me my area doesn’t make what I asked for so they are sending something else. And terrible customer service guy was rude in the phone
