Glen is a really nice guy who actually cares about doing a good job. That really impressed me. He could not fully remove a nasty dirty water stain from my chair. He felt so bad about it, he barely charged me. An honest guy who wants to do great work for his customer. Imagine that? Many could take a lesson.
Fantastic !!! Turned up on time.. new what they were doing, no mess, got down to business, nice to my pug, what more do you want. I have recommend them to my friends, and would call them again. Both Glenn and Tom were great such nice guys.. Thank you ... don't worry just call them... I also shopped around for a good price and they were the best :)
Dr. Kay is a "certified rug appraiser" and an expert in his field. He was able to quickly find the value of my very expensive rug which was damaged in storage. Dr. Kay is the best and I am thankful that I found him.
These guys are fantastic. They worked around my schedule and showed up on time. We live in an older apt. In Sherman Oaks and they brought this carpet back to life. The place looks amazing. They did a complete job-corner to corner and room to room. I'm only bummed that we waited so long to do it. Thanks guys! We will see you soon.
